weighing all the pros and cons, I still think this is a fabulous book. My advice is to read the whole thing through and then pick and choose what works for you. Everybody is jen davidson different and you just have to jen davidson use trial and error to find what your body responds to, especially in the long run. After all, fitness is a lifetime goal. Mr. Giglio contradicts himself too many times to count throughout the book. By the end of the book, I was left scratching my head and throwing up my hands--it is the most confusing program and comes down to this: eat the right foods (obviously the fruits, veggies, LEAN meats, FAT FREE foods (which he then warns you about because they are filled with sugar), and whole grains).
